Eurolux is a foremost South African lighting distributor who approached One Day Company to assist them with strategic content production as a means to elevate their online presence and to position the brand as a key player in the lifestyle and interior design space. The brand also wanted to lay claim to its reputation for supplying trustworthy and premium, yet cost competitive, products to a variety of distributors around the country. A big part of the task involved defining, refining and consolidating Eurolux’s marketing message, ensuring that the different audience segments are reached in the right way and at the right time.
An effective, relevant online presence is underpinned by a dynamic content strategy that considers to the brand in its entirety. Our work for Eurolux included a deep-dive into the all the various elements that make up the brand and that has earned it the credibility it enjoys among its clients today. As such, the content strategy forms the backbone of all the work we do for Eurolux.
A keen understanding of the various brand elements served to inform an integrated online marketing plan that includes strategic content production in the form of blogs, regular newsletters and emailers to the various audience segments, content dissemination to social media – which includes community management – as well as PR-type content to relevant media.
We also manage all Eurolux’s social media channels, where the aim is to increase engagement and to nurture and grow the brand’s community. The content offering is a dynamic one and strategically incorporates all the different brands offerings, from the niche, technical content to the more aspirational lifestyle features.
